Leon Engelberts short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Michael Vlimmens to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Waut Bellinkx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Goffrey Verhaert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brend Coppens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Michael Vlimmens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giovanny Marchal in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Waut Bellinkx saved Tolhoek from getting behind. Giovanny Marchal took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waut Bellinkx. Waut Bellinkx dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Izak Vanden Broucke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Waut Bellinkx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A long shot from Harrie Braeckman in the 23rd minute of play was well struck, but Michael Vlimmens made a really good save at the right post. Michael Vlimmens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Freddy Pijps's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Waut Bellinkx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giovanny Marchal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giovanny Marchal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Waut Bellinkx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 34 played minutes Tolhoek got a freekick which was hit by Bertan Valckx. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Giovanny Marchal in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Waut Bellinkx prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tolhoek's Waut Bellinkx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovanny Marchal in the 42nd minute of play. Michael Vlimmens made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Leon Engelbert sent off a good shot on target. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Brend Coppens made a kick off. Waut Bellinkx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giovanny Marchal, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. When Rajmond Seveneijnts came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Molenstede fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rajmond Seveneijnts couldn't finish the play. In the 56th minute, Giovanny Marchal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Michael Vlimmens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brend Coppens, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. With a little luck, Tolhoek's Waut Bellinkx got control of the ball when Giovanny Marchal tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 64th minute, Goffrey Verhaert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 65 minutes, Giovanny Marchal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Molenstede's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giovanny Marchal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Goffrey Verhaert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Molenstede's supporters rose to their feet, but Goffrey Verhaert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Waut Bellinkx breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Engelbert in the 79th minute of play forced Molenstede's goalkeeper Michael Vlimmens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giovanny Marchal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Waut Bellinkx made a huge save. With his leg Waut Bellinkx managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Molenstede's Giovanny Marchal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Michael Vlimmens didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Brend Coppens went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Molenstede's Michael Vlimmens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brend Coppens in the 88th minute of play. Waut Bellinkx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rajmond Seveneijnts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
