Spectators: 6710 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1710, VIP seats: 0) Heppenbach's Jullian Stroobant started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pierre-Paul Hollanders came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Beernem's Bobby De Neuter. But to his dismay, Bobby De Neuter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Beernem booed when Heppenbach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dave Goolen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cederic Vogels received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Pierre-Paul Hollanders tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christopher Kersselaers in the 13th minute of play forced Heppenbach's goalkeeper Pierre-Paul Hollanders to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maxim Du Bois made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Jeroen Lambrechts sent off a good shot on target. Jullian Stroobant received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Maxim Du Bois tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cederic Vogels fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pierre-Paul Hollanders having to interfere. Beernem's Cederic Vogels got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pierre-Paul Hollanders stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cederic Vogels's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Cederic Vogels got in the 35th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Pierre-Paul Hollanders handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After 36 played minutes Heppenbach got a freekick which was hit by Arne Van Houdtvin. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christopher Kersselaers in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pierre-Paul Hollanders saved Heppenbach from getting behind. Christopher Kersselaers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Pierre-Paul Hollanders tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Beernem's Christopher Kersselaers in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Heppenbach's goalie prevented a goal. Cederic Vogels sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Beernem were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christopher Kersselaers to make the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Dave Goolen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Heppenbach's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dave Goolen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Janes Van Boeckost's late challenge caught a Beernem's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Janes Van Boeckost helped the player get up and apologised. Cederic Vogels who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 71stth minute tested the skills of Pierre-Paul Hollanders when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 74th minute Jeroen Lambrechts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxim Du Bois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christopher Kersselaers succeeded in the game's 78th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. If Christopher Kersselaers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christopher Kersselaers in the 91st minute of play forced Heppenbach's goalkeeper Pierre-Paul Hollanders to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Heppenbach's Pierre-Paul Hollanders got control of the ball when Cederic Vogels tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cederic Vogels in the 97thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Pierre-Paul Hollanders, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the final whistle sounded Beernem left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Heppenbach.
