The audience was convinced that Pascal Meersman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexander Van de Weijer was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. When Cederique De Brouwer came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Forges fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cederique De Brouwer couldn't finish the play. Sander Van Der Weghen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jammy Van de Velde in the 19th minute of the match. When Forges's Cederique De Brouwer in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Heusy's goalie prevented a goal. Godfried Kestens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Sander Van Der Weghen made a huge save. Alexander Van de Weijer came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Forges's Cederique De Brouwer. But to his dismay, Cederique De Brouwer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Cederique De Brouwer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Van de Weijer having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Pascal Meersman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexander Van de Weijer was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. 39 minutes into the match, Heusy's goal looked a bit too open when Pascal Meersman came free, but Alexander Van de Weijer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the game, Forges's Pascal Meersman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexander Van de Weijer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Pascal Meersman succeeded in the game's 47th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-5. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Cederique De Brouwer made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pascal Meersman got free with Alexander Van de Weijer in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Forges's Cederique De Brouwer got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 59 minutes, Pascal Meersman made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Heusy's Alexander Van de Weijer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Heusy's goalkeeper Alexander Van de Weijer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Heusy's Godfried Kestens got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Godfried Kestens managed to get in a good position for a shot. Heusy's supporters rose to their feet, but Godfried Kestens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sander Van Der Weghen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 75 played minutes Heusy got a freekick which was hit by Jannes Schoolmeesters. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cederique De Brouwer in the 76th minute of play forced Heusy's goalkeeper Alexander Van de Weijer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pascal Meersman got free with Alexander Van de Weijer in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christopher Haentjens hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Forges's Cederique De Brouwer was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 79th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 83rd minute, Jammy Van de Velde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pascal Meersman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Alexander Van de Weijer made a huge save. In the 93rd minute, Pascal Meersman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Van de Weijer was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. The Heusy fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Forges were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
