The supporters of H booed when St De-Haan Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bavo Van der Meiren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Binjamin Smeulders showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Ingelborgs in the 10th minute of the match. After 15 minutes, Bavo Van der Meiren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the St De-Haan Fc and the H players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to St De-Haan Fc getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Bavo Van der Meiren hit a great ball. Luke Van Gysel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Binjamin Smeulders having to interfere. If Michael Ingelborgs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Michael Ingelborgs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 23rd minute Luke Van Gysel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Binjamin Smeulders saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, St De-Haan Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Ingelborgs came free, but Binjamin Smeulders reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, St De-Haan Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Luke Van Gysel came free, but Binjamin Smeulders reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. H's Henk Postens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save H from getting a goal against them. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bavo Van der Meiren to make the kick off. Joos Vansteenbrugge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luke Van Gysel in the 55th minute of play forced St De-Haan Fc's goalkeeper Binjamin Smeulders to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. St De-Haan Fc's Binjamin Smeulders proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save St De-Haan Fc from getting a goal against them. Luke Van Gysel might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Binjamin Smeulders. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luke Van Gysel ran back to his position shaking his head. Luke Van Gysel struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Binjamin Smeulders didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for H. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luke Van Gysel in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Binjamin Smeulders prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 74 minutes into the match, St De-Haan Fc's goalkeeper Binjamin Smeulders had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michael Ingelborgs. In the 76th minute, Luke Van Gysel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Binjamin Smeulders. The goal made the score 0-4. With a little luck, St De-Haan Fc's Binjamin Smeulders got control of the ball when Joos Vansteenbrugge tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th match minute, H was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Ingelborgs to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to St De-Haan Fc getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Jannick Provoost hit a great ball. Bavo Van der Meiren kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Diedrik van Haecht, 91 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.
