Sylvain Colebinders showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Max Oliviers, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Robbe Roockeloes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Willy Walder, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Robbe Roockeloes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Max Oliviers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sylvain Colebinders made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Fre Verheije sent off a good shot on target. KoSmoS's Sylvain Colebinders played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jullian Olemans in the 78th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Billie Van De Wijngaert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henrik Bormans kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, KoSmoS's Brent Baele tried to score from far away in the 83rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Sylvain Colebinders made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Pascal Stroobant sent off a good shot on target. In the 88th minute, KoSmoS's Gust Michiels seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gust Michiels the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of KoSmoS protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gust Michiels had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of KV Vleteren booed when KoSmoS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gust Michiels didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henrik Bormans was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 89th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, KoSmoS's goalkeeper Sylvain Colebinders had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pascal Stroobant. Sylvain Colebinders showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Max Oliviers in the 97th minute of the match. KoSmoS's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
