Reinard De Vriendt received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sylvain Colebinders came out and tried to block the shot, but Reinard De Vriendt slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 14th minute. Steffen Van Impe kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, KFC VLadivorstock's Robbie Everts got a free kick in the 21st minute. After having played for 23 minutes, Andre Lejeune managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KFC VLadivorstock's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andre Lejeune was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Gertjan Pelsers's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marnix Hagemans was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. The KoSmoS fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when KoSmoS's Gertjan Pelsers looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sylvain Colebinders made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reinard De Vriendt in the 36th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Reinard De Vriendt took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Sylvain Colebinders to make any attempt to save it. Reinard De Vriendt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Sylvain Colebinders tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diederik van Eycken stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of KoSmoS booed when KFC VLadivorstock was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jamie Backers didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 55 minutes of play, KFC VLadivorstock's Reinard De Vriendt made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sylvain Colebinders was left in no man's land by his defense there! Reinard De Vriendt struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Sylvain Colebinders didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KFC VLadivorstock. KFC VLadivorstock's Marnix Hagemans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Billie Van De Wijngaert in the 62nd minute of play. Sylvain Colebinders showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diederik van Eycken in the 65th minute of the match. KoSmoS's Gertjan Pelsers got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Reinard De Vriendt struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Sylvain Colebinders didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KFC VLadivorstock. Billie Van De Wijngaert hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diederik van Eycken during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 77th match minute, KFC VLadivorstock was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diederik van Eycken to maneuver through the defense. Reinard De Vriendt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sylvain Colebinders having to interfere. In the 86th minute Gertjan Pelsers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marnix Hagemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to KoSmoS getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Romain Vrins hit a great ball. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind KoSmoS's goalkeeper Sylvain Colebinders, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Reinard De Vriendt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Sylvain Colebinders tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
