Joachim Tielemans could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Fredrik Limpens made a huge save. Jannis De Kock came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by S.V.Aartselaar's Xander-Paul Wuets. But to his dismay, Xander-Paul Wuets quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcus Sellekaers stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marcus Sellekaers charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcus Sellekaers the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th minute, Marcus Sellekaers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Philip Van Campenhout kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lou De Keijsere in the 59th minute of play forced FC Armadillos's goalkeeper Jannis De Kock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Philip Van Campenhout fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Armadillos's protests and gave Philip Van Campenhout a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of S.V.Aartselaar booed when FC Armadillos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Philip Van Campenhout didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jannis De Kock didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christopher Van Meerbeek went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 97th match minute, FC Armadillos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Sellekaers to maneuver through the defense. The FC Armadillos supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching S.V.Aartselaar's performance. The match ended with a win for S.V.Aartselaar.
