Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) FC Sint-Truiden's Sebbe Van Linthoudt started the match with a crisp pass. But to his dismay, Marcus Sellekaers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A collision led to FC Sint-Truiden getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Raymond Van De Wyngaert hit a great ball. After having played for 26 minutes, Marcus Sellekaers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Armadillos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcus Sellekaers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abel Libreghts recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abel Libreghts got free with Jannis De Kock in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcus Sellekaers stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sebbe Van Linthoudt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jannis De Kock having to interfere.
