Spectators: 7679 (Terracing: 5760, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 153) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After 4 played minutes Brigata Nera got a freekick which was hit by Tim-Jan De Brouwer. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guust Van Eyke got free with Gustav Van Bouschot in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 17th minute, Frederick Heirpoel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guust Van Eyke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Gustav Van Bouschot made a huge save. Guust Van Eyke who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Gustav Van Bouschot when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 23rd minute, KAA Nismes's Jorne De Backer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gustav Van Bouschot. Gustav Van Bouschot yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Gillis Segers kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Brigata Nera's goalkeeper Gustav Van Bouschot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jorne De Backer. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Luke Asselberghs managed to get in a good position for a shot. KAA Nismes's supporters rose to their feet, but Luke Asselberghs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustav Van Bouschot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frederick Heirpoel made a kick off. Brigata Nera's Gustav Van Bouschot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guust Van Eyke in the 52nd minute of play. Jorne De Backer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 55th play minutes Guust Van Eyke shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Gustav Van Bouschot and just under the crossbar into goal. Guust Van Eyke made a great header on KAA Nismes's corner, it was just that Brigata Nera's Gustav Van Bouschot managed to reach the ball for a save. Luke Asselberghs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustav Van Bouschot having to interfere. Gustav Van Bouschot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guust Van Eyke in the 65th minute of the match. Jorne De Backer took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustav Van Bouschot. Gustav Van Bouschot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. 74 minutes into the game, Guust Van Eyke cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Gustav Van Bouschot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gustav Van Bouschot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guust Van Eyke in the 77th minute of play. If Jorne De Backer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jorne De Backer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustav Van Bouschot having to interfere. In the 82nd minute Max Pelsmaeker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustav Van Bouschot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustav Van Bouschot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guust Van Eyke in the 83rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andreas Robin during the 84th minute.
