When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luk Cuelens made a kick off. Bertrand Jennis's late challenge caught a Bad Beat United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bertrand Jennis helped the player get up and apologised. Emmanuel Frans was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 55th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Vaul-Chavanne's Timothy Tielemans got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 58 minutes into the match, Dave Schockaert notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Bad Beat United's Georges-Philippe Degens. Georges-Philippe Degens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luk Cuelens in the 62nd minute of play forced Vaul-Chavanne's goalkeeper Jarne Vrins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulus Raniers charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulus Raniers the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Vaul-Chavanne's Paulus Raniers got a free kick in the 71st minute. The long shot by Ralf Roscams in the 73rd minute really tested Jarne Vrins's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Jarne Vrins was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bad Beat United's Luk Cuelens was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 93rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The Bad Beat United players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Vaul-Chavanne from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
