Spectators: 7620 (Terracing: 5716, Seating: 1752, VIP seats: 152) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jacob Overloop took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Florian Herinckx managed to get in a good position for a shot. KOG STASEGEM's supporters rose to their feet, but Florian Herinckx was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stefan De Groote breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 7 played minutes AFC Cosenberg got a freekick which was hit by Filip Van Clijnenbreugel. Bryan Vissenaekens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jerome Sellekaers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pascal Bosmans during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. KOG STASEGEM:s Jullian De Geutter showed great skill when he stopped Noel Van Balen:s penalty. 22 minutes into the match, KOG STASEGEM's goal looked a bit too open when Jacob Overloop came free, but Jullian De Geutter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacob Overloop recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jerome Sellekaers kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. If Jerome Sellekaers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 32 played minutes Jacob Overloop rounded KOG STASEGEM's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Matthias De Wortelaers kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bryan Vissenaekens in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stefan De Groote prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in AFC Cosenberg's zone, Florian Herinckx stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stefan De Groote came out of the goal and Florian Herinckx tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Diederick Pelleman came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the AFC Cosenberg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diederick Pelleman couldn't finish the play. If Bryan Vissenaekens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Florian Herinckx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Stefan De Groote tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stefan De Groote made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bryan Vissenaekens in the 69th minute. In the 70th minute, Thijs Van Cauwenbergh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 72nd play minutes Bryan Vissenaekens shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Stefan De Groote and just under the crossbar into goal. If Bryan Vissenaekens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bryan Vissenaekens had several of the AFC Cosenberg's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 89 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Stefan De Groote as he didn't even see the shot coming. 93 minutes into the match, Bryan Vissenaekens dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Stefan De Groote, 1-4. When the final whistle sounded KOG STASEGEM left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than AFC Cosenberg.
