The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sebastian Steckens was the one to do the kick off. In the 80thth minute of the game Mattijs Van Beersel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Azkals CF's Niels De Wyngaert was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 82ndth minute of the game Cesar Decoster who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oostakker's Jeoffrey Frans was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Sebastian Steckens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattijs Van Beersel in the 86th minute of play forced Azkals CF's goalkeeper Niels De Wyngaert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isidoor Van Geertruyen's late challenge caught a Oostakker's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isidoor Van Geertruyen helped the player get up and apologised. In the 90th minute, Isidoor Van Geertruyen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute of the match Robrecht Wortelaert sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Niels De Wyngaert skillfully saved the ball. Mattijs Van Beersel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sebastian Steckens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Niels De Wyngaert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mattijs Van Beersel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
