Biali Arianie's Michael Lanckneus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Van Hoeijveldt in the 26th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Lars Van Hoeijveldt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Michael Lanckneus was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. The KAA Hombeek fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when KAA Hombeek's Thibau Wijnants looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Pieter-Maarten Huijbregs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francois Uyttebroeck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thibau Wijnants kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. If Mattijs De Mijer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute.
