In the 4th minute, Dio Di Victoria's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tristan Van den Panhuyzen fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 28th minute Werner Campens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre De Cat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tristan Van den Panhuyzen in the 35th minute of play forced Dio Di Victoria's goalkeeper Samuel Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dio Di Victoria's Theo Van Glabeeke got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anthony Mallaerts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Alexandre De Cat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, RSC Mitswege's goal looked a bit too open when Theo Van Glabeeke came free, but Alexandre De Cat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dio Di Victoria's Samuel Claes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Dio Di Victoria from getting a goal against them. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Theo Van Glabeeke was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, RSC Mitswege's Alexandre De Cat got control of the ball when Anthony Mallaerts tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 61st minute, Dio Di Victoria's Theo Van Glabeeke ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alexandre De Cat. Alexandre De Cat yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. If Anthony Mallaerts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gerrit Versluys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerrit Versluys in the 81st minute of play forced Dio Di Victoria's goalkeeper Samuel Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anthony Mallaerts succeeded in the game's 83rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. Samuel Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tristan Van den Panhuyzen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Samuel Claes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tristan Van den Panhuyzen went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Dio Di Victoria's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
