Herman Willems hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the game, Yvan Goegebeur recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tuur Cerneels. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jon Borginions to make the kick off. A collision led to SPEK B getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Niels Poortmans hit a great ball. Wilfried De Clercq sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the game, Kamiel Susters was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tuur Cerneels was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 86 minutes into the game, Tristan Oyen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jos Van De Broeck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tuur Cerneels having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The CrYpt!X AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while SPEK B had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
