Spectators: 7428 (Terracing: 5609, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Theo Van Glabeeke started the match with the kick off. Nico Van Herendael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthony Mallaerts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Theo Van Glabeeke scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nico Van Herendael, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 11th minute, Theo Van Glabeeke ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nico Van Herendael was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Anthony Mallaerts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nico Van Herendael having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anthony Mallaerts in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nico Van Herendael saved Club Noville from getting behind. Dio Di Victoria's Anthony Mallaerts got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute Werner Campens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nico Van Herendael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nico Van Herendael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theo Van Glabeeke in the 31st minute of the match. Nico Van Herendael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Theo Van Glabeeke in the 39th minute of play. Anthony Mallaerts recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute, Anthony Mallaerts left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dio Di Victoria fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fre Verdun made a kick off. Nico Van Herendael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Theo Van Glabeeke, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anthony Mallaerts got free with Nico Van Herendael in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 59 minutes into the match, Theo Van Glabeeke dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nico Van Herendael, 0-4. After 64 played minutes Theo Van Glabeeke rounded Club Noville's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-5. Bob Imbreghts hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. If Thierry Decremer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nico Van Herendael stood somewhat misplaced when Theo Van Glabeeke came free in front of goal and shot 0-6 to the left of him in the 74 minute. Nico Van Herendael made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anthony Mallaerts in the 77th minute. Anthony Mallaerts might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nico Van Herendael. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anthony Mallaerts ran back to his position shaking his head. Thierry Decremer kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. When Theo Van Glabeeke came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Dio Di Victoria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Theo Van Glabeeke couldn't finish the play. Club Noville's Nico Van Herendael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Theo Van Glabeeke in the 90th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 91st minute by Anthony Mallaerts got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Nico Van Herendael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theo Van Glabeeke in the 96th minute of the match. The Club Noville fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Dio Di Victoria were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
