Sparta Raptors's Edmond Sellekaers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mitch De Beer in the 6th minute of play. Mitch De Beer scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edmond Sellekaers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 15 minutes of play, Erembodegem's Mitch De Beer made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edmond Sellekaers was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edmond Sellekaers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mitch De Beer, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enzo Ramps in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edmond Sellekaers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Enzo Ramps kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Mitch De Beer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edmond Sellekaers. Sparta Raptors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mitch De Beer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 40th minute Mitch De Beer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmond Sellekaers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute Floris Van Hole shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominic Vissenaekens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mitch De Beer to strike the kick off in the second half. Dominic Vissenaekens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Dierickx in the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Dante Dierickx left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sparta Raptors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3.
