Berten Roukeloes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wouter Vandamme went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 19th minute Daan Wigers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berten Roukeloes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Wellen's goal looked a bit too open when Waud Opdebeeck came free, but Arsene Geijselinckx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Wouter Vandamme came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Wellen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wouter Vandamme couldn't finish the play. 36 minutes into the match, Highdouk City's goal looked a bit too open when Daan Wigers came free, but Berten Roukeloes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute Daan Wigers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berten Roukeloes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evert-Jan Eekhout hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Berten Roukeloes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wouter Vandamme in the 42nd minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Waud Opdebeeck made a kick off. Berten Roukeloes made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Jacobus Van Den Broek sent off a good shot on target. Highdouk City's Berten Roukeloes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Highdouk City from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Daan Wigers managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wellen's supporters rose to their feet, but Daan Wigers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Berten Roukeloes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 64th minute, Wellen's Daan Wigers dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Wellen's Arsene Geijselinckx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diederiek Pijps in the 71st minute of play. Daan Wigers's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Berten Roukeloes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Daan Wigers did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Berten Roukeloes 77 minutes into the match. When Wellen's Daan Wigers in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Wellen's Jacobus Van Den Broek managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jacky Mattheijs in the 89 minute of the game. In the 94th minute of the match Henri-Xavier Vermeulen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Berten Roukeloes skillfully saved the ball. Wellen's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
