After 3 minutes of play, Ehsal's Geordy Ballette made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Diedrik Vandamme was left in no man's land by his defense there! Diedrik Vandamme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roderik Ravoet in the 6th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Benne Ghesels left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ehsal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Guy Henrix managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maccabi Tilly-Aviv's supporters rose to their feet, but Guy Henrix was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jasper Van Hoovelt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st minute, Pierre Justus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 22 played minutes Ehsal got a freekick which was hit by Arthur-Maurits Vercruysse. If Geordy Ballette had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Maccabi Tilly-Aviv's Pierre Justus slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jasper Van Hoovelt. That made the score 1-2 after 30 minutes of play. Lander Kockaerts's late challenge caught a Ehsal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lander Kockaerts helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Maccabi Tilly-Aviv's Lander Kockaerts got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Jasper Van Hoovelt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre Justus in the 44th minute of play. After the first half Ehsal were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pierre Justus to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Guy Henrix made a precise shot to the right of Jasper Van Hoovelt. Ehsal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. In the 59th minute Pierre Justus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jasper Van Hoovelt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pierre Justus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jasper Van Hoovelt having to interfere. In the 68th minute of the match Natan Vervoort sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jasper Van Hoovelt skillfully saved the ball. In the 73rd minute Guy Henrix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jasper Van Hoovelt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guy Henrix scored 3-2 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jasper Van Hoovelt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Robby Vissenaekens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 84 minutes, Lander Kockaerts managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maccabi Tilly-Aviv's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lander Kockaerts was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benne Ghesels in the 87th minute of play forced Maccabi Tilly-Aviv's goalkeeper Diedrik Vandamme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pierre Justus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute Guy Henrix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jasper Van Hoovelt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th match minute, Maccabi Tilly-Aviv was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guy Henrix to maneuver through the defense. 97 minutes into the game, Ehsal's Geordy Ballette nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diedrik Vandamme made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
