Spectators: 6745 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 10) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Wesley Van Aken took the kick off in the first half of the match. Leo Torfs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stephan Schautens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th minute Jeremey Dumont shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stephan Schautens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Jeremey Dumont's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stephan Schautens was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. When Daan Biermans came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the SC Natrium fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daan Biermans couldn't finish the play. Stockroye's Romain De Mees played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wesley Van Aken in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Daan Biermans left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Natrium fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 27th minute, Mitch Eggermont hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the match, Daan Biermans dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Romain De Mees, 2-0. Romain De Mees showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wesley Van Aken in the 33rd minute of the match. Wesley Van Aken was extremely unlucky when he, in the 36th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Daan Biermans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wesley Van Aken in the 40th minute of play forced Stockroye's goalkeeper Romain De Mees to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stephan Schautens didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeremey Dumont went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 47th minute of the match, Andre Goons got a very nice opportunity to score, but Romain De Mees was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leo Torfs made a kick off. Ruud Van Haerschot kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After taking down the ball on Stockroye's corner Alek Nelis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Stephan Schautens quite easily take care of the ball. If Jeremey Dumont had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tomas Deman kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Stephan Schautens was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leo Torfs showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 68 minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, SC Natrium's Daan Biermans nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Romain De Mees made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. Jan-Pieter Van Eijcke kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. When Leo Torfs, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 76 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Stephan Schautens was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Romain De Mees showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wesley Van Aken, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Brain Eekhout kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After 83 played minutes Stockroye got a freekick which was hit by Kristof Heirremans. If Wesley Van Aken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romain De Mees made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andre Goons in the 88th minute of play. Leo Torfs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
