After 54 minutes of play, Vladistan United's Yakup Arslangiray made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Frank Lanphant was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 57th minute Petros Efthimidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Lanphant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Viktor Oliviers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Lanphant having to interfere. Fred Struelens kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 61st minute of the match Bram Van de Poel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Frank Lanphant skillfully saved the ball. Jannes Stoffels received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Ivan Wuyts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edward Vereeken got free with Ivan Wuyts in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee ended the match the Vladistan United players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
