When Petros Efthimidis came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Vladistan United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Petros Efthimidis couldn't finish the play. Jeremey Dumont sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Vladistan United's Petros Efthimidis got a free kick in the 6th minute. Stockroye's Jeremey Dumont got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Petros Efthimidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Romain De Mees tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romain De Mees didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yakup Arslangiray went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petros Efthimidis in the 17th minute of play forced Stockroye's goalkeeper Romain De Mees to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 18 minutes of play, Vladistan United's Yakup Arslangiray made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Romain De Mees was left in no man's land by his defense there! Romain De Mees showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yakup Arslangiray, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. If Jeremey Dumont had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Vladistan United getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Petros Efthimidis hit a great ball. Romain De Mees showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petros Efthimidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 38th minute, Yakup Arslangiray ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romain De Mees was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Romain De Mees took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petros Efthimidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, Stockroye's goal looked a bit too open when Petros Efthimidis came free, but Romain De Mees reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Petros Efthimidis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Romain De Mees read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Ivan Wuyts didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeremey Dumont went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Petros Efthimidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romain De Mees having to interfere. Romain De Mees made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Yakup Arslangiray sent off a good shot on target. In the 64th match minute, Stockroye was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Sellekaerts to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Kris Vincx managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vladistan United's supporters rose to their feet, but Kris Vincx was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romain De Mees breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yakup Arslangiray's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Romain De Mees skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 70th play minutes Petros Efthimidis shot 1-4, a short shot which went by Romain De Mees and just under the crossbar into goal. Vladistan United made a substitution. Golo Rau replaced Petros Efthimidis. A hard shot 74 in the game by Yakup Arslangiray from a close distance when the talented Romain De Mees managed to make a qualified save. Stockroye's players were relieved. With a little luck, Stockroye's Romain De Mees got control of the ball when Yakup Arslangiray tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yakup Arslangiray's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Romain De Mees firmly grabbed it by the left post.
