When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Rudy Van Haechten sped through Elzestraat's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alexander Vloeberghs. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Menen.
