Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Willem Oyen took the kick off in the first half of the match. Fabrice Goolen struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Karel Coosemans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wilskerke. Karel Coosemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Willem Oyen in the 8th minute of the match. Jacques Gooris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timmy Moons having to interfere. Gilian Van Hecke took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Karel Coosemans. aru q united's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, aru q united's Birger Van der Vorst got a free kick in the 21st minute. Jacques Gooris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Timmy Moons tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomm Van Den Abeele recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Willem Oyen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karel Coosemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabrice Goolen in the 42nd minute of play. Fabrice Goolen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Karel Coosemans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Timmy Moons stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomm Van Den Abeele's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Ramon Blocks kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacques Gooris in the 54th minute of play forced Wilskerke's goalkeeper Timmy Moons to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomm Van Den Abeele sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Tomm Van Den Abeele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jacques Gooris came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the aru q united fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacques Gooris couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hans Franckx during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hans Franckx hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by aru q united's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gilian Van Hecke was slow to take the kick. During this time Wilskerke's players had a chance to rest. Jochen van der Eycken kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match.
