Spectators: 6750 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1750, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Noel Baert took the kick off in the first half of the match. When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ryszard Chowaniec sped through KVSK Kaggevinne's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Natan Hellemons. Ryszard Chowaniec recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Brend Hennes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Natan Hellemons read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. After having played for 12 minutes, Teo Vincke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Westbeke's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teo Vincke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. KVSK Kaggevinne's Natan Hellemons played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryszard Chowaniec in the 16th minute of play. Natan Hellemons took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nico Uijterhoeven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Natan Hellemons showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryszard Chowaniec, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Teo Vincke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natan Hellemons having to interfere. Ryszard Chowaniec might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Natan Hellemons. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ryszard Chowaniec ran back to his position shaking his head. 35 minutes into the match, KVSK Kaggevinne's goal looked a bit too open when Ryszard Chowaniec came free, but Natan Hellemons reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Ryszard Chowaniec had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Natan Hellemons. KVSK Kaggevinne's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ryszard Chowaniec was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 43rd minute, Ryszard Chowaniec ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Natan Hellemons was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Brend Hennes struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Natan Hellemons didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Westbeke. 48 minutes into the match, KVSK Kaggevinne's goal looked a bit too open when Ryszard Chowaniec came free, but Natan Hellemons reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ryszard Chowaniec in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Natan Hellemons saved KVSK Kaggevinne from getting behind. In the 54th minute, Westbeke's Ryszard Chowaniec ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Natan Hellemons. Natan Hellemons yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Ryszard Chowaniec sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute, Westbeke's Brend Hennes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. When Brend Hennes came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Westbeke fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brend Hennes couldn't finish the play. When Westbeke's Ryszard Chowaniec in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KVSK Kaggevinne's goalie prevented a goal. Natan Hellemons was a little too slow when Ryszard Chowaniec got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 0-7. Natan Hellemons made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Chowaniec in the 81st minute of play. Octaaf Van Leemputt hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Ryszard Chowaniec received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Natan Hellemons tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Brend Hennes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Westbeke's supporters rose to their feet, but Brend Hennes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Natan Hellemons breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Natan Hellemons made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Chowaniec in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Olliver Ottevaere made a precise shot to the right of Natan Hellemons. KVSK Kaggevinne's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-10. Westbeke's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
