The referee ignored Fc Mancunians's protests and gave Charlie Vissenaekens a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th minute, Charlie Vissenaekens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute Brend Hennes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romain Volders saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute Westbeke were awarded a corner. Teo Vincke went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, Fc Mancunians's Tomm De Ketelaere got a free kick in the 11th minute. Teo Vincke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ryszard Chowaniec succeeded in the game's 17th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. When Ryszard Chowaniec came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Westbeke fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ryszard Chowaniec couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryszard Chowaniec in the 23rd minute of play forced Fc Mancunians's goalkeeper Romain Volders to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ryszard Chowaniec kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Tim Van Deinze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romain Volders showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryszard Chowaniec, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Mancunians's zone, Teo Vincke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romain Volders came out of the goal and Teo Vincke tried to chip the ball over his head. Romain Volders didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Westbeke. In the 35th minute, Robben Huysmans made a precise shot to the right of Romain Volders. Fc Mancunians's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 41st minute, one of Fc Mancunians:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fc Mancunians. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Ryszard Chowaniec managed to get in a good position for a shot. Westbeke's supporters rose to their feet, but Ryszard Chowaniec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romain Volders breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ryszard Chowaniec made a kick off. In the 57th minute Ryszard Chowaniec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romain Volders saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomm De Ketelaere hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 62 minutes into the match, Fc Mancunians's goal looked a bit too open when Ryszard Chowaniec came free, but Romain Volders reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72ndth minute of the game Ryszard Chowaniec who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fc Mancunians's Romain Volders was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Westbeke's Vencel Szép played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorden Verhulst in the 76th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Ryszard Chowaniec got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Westbeke booed when Fc Mancunians was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charlie Vissenaekens didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Fc Mancunians's goalkeeper Romain Volders had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ryszard Chowaniec. Romain Volders was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Ryszard Chowaniec capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal.
