Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sam-Lucas Neefs made the kick off which started today's match. 0-1 became the score in the 6th minute when Kenney Hennes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Manuel Elens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenney Hennes in the 16th minute of the match. Club Djeep's Manuel Elens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam-Lucas Neefs in the 18th minute of play. Gert Winnepenninck charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gert Winnepenninck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gert Winnepenninck kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After 23 played minutes New Gen FC got a freekick which was hit by Brent-Jan Stuijckens. Gert Winnepenninck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sam-Lucas Neefs in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manuel Elens prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Manuel Elens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam-Lucas Neefs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manuel Elens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sam-Lucas Neefs in the 29th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Constantijn Horemans got free with William Verbeeck in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the match, Club Djeep's goal looked a bit too open when Sam-Lucas Neefs came free, but Manuel Elens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Constantijn Horemans made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kenney Hennes in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manuel Elens saved Club Djeep from getting behind. After 54 played minutes Club Djeep got a freekick which was hit by Constantijn Horemans. Club Djeep's Manuel Elens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Club Djeep from getting a goal against them. Manuel Elens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenney Hennes in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th match minute, Club Djeep was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gert Winnepenninck to maneuver through the defense. Manuel Elens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenney Hennes in the 62nd minute of the match. Manuel Elens was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Kenney Hennes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kenney Hennes really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Gwenn Depauw struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. William Verbeeck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Djeep. Manuel Elens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kenney Hennes's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. After 76 played minutes Club Djeep got a freekick which was hit by Gert Winnepenninck. 78 minutes into the match, Club Djeep's goal looked a bit too open when Sam-Lucas Neefs came free, but Manuel Elens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brent-Jan Stuijckens hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute, Joris Daneels hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manuel Elens came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by New Gen FC's Sam-Lucas Neefs. But to his dismay, Sam-Lucas Neefs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. In the 90th minute, Joseph De Werdt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manuel Elens was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Joseph De Werdt hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. If Constantijn Horemans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gert Winnepenninck in the 96th minute of play forced New Gen FC's goalkeeper William Verbeeck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Club Djeep supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching New Gen FC's performance. The match ended with a win for New Gen FC.
