Spectators: 7516 (Terracing: 5638, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Edgard Callewaert made the kick off which started today's match. Wout Van Dijck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Pastijns, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 14th match minute, Sporting Okkobokko was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Steve Van Den Linden to maneuver through the defense. Alan De Bisschop fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luke Oyen having to interfere. The supporters of Sporting Okkobokko booed when Battice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustave Verelst didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Edgard Callewaert took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Wout Van Dijck to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in Battice's zone, Luc Van Meel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wout Van Dijck came out of the goal and Luc Van Meel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 34th minute, Steve Van Den Linden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frank Sterckx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Luke Oyen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jonathan Pastijns came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Sporting Okkobokko fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonathan Pastijns couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Battice's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 53rd minute of the game, when Alan De Bisschop after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Sporting Okkobokko's goal. Alan De Bisschop was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. In the 61st minute, Jonathan Pastijns ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wout Van Dijck was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 65th minute Edgard Callewaert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wout Van Dijck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Sporting Okkobokko's goalkeeper Luke Oyen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alan De Bisschop. After having played for 69 minutes, Yoachim Van Houdtvin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sporting Okkobokko's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yoachim Van Houdtvin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Sporting Okkobokko's Edgard Callewaert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wout Van Dijck narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edgard Callewaert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Wout Van Dijck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frank Sterckx blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luke Oyen having to make a save. Edgard Callewaert hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Wout Van Dijck came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Okkobokko's Yoachim Van Houdtvin. But to his dismay, Yoachim Van Houdtvin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Battice's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Sporting Okkobokko had won, even though Battice had held more of the ball.
