The supporters of Kortesem booed when KSV Vlasmeer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brend Smedts didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nic Vos came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Kortesem's Brent Bastin. But to his dismay, Brent Bastin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Nic Vos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Willem-Alexander Kersselaers showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 65 minute of play. Brent Bastin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Nic Vos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 73 minutes, Willem-Alexander Kersselaers mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kortesem and the KSV Vlasmeer players grew even worse after the yellow card. Niels Engelboorgs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brend Smedts in the 79th minute of the match. KSV Vlasmeer's Nic Vos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save KSV Vlasmeer from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle sounded Kortesem left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than KSV Vlasmeer.
