Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Julius De Meyer got the match started through his kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Julius De Meyer managed to get in a good position for a shot. KFC Branchon's supporters rose to their feet, but Julius De Meyer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robbrecht Coosemans breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Julius De Meyer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 12 minutes, Julius De Meyer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KFC Branchon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julius De Meyer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 13thth minute of the game Julius De Meyer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Gundekose's Robbrecht Coosemans was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julius De Meyer's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Robbrecht Coosemans skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pino Owerckx came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Gundekose's Dante Oelaerts. But to his dismay, Dante Oelaerts quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 19th minute, Ludo De Jaeger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of KFC Branchon booed when FC Gundekose was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abraham Knockaert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abel De Haes in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Robbrecht Coosemans, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Abel De Haes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 31 minutes into the match, FC Gundekose's goal looked a bit too open when Julius De Meyer came free, but Robbrecht Coosemans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julius De Meyer did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Robbrecht Coosemans 36 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, KFC Branchon's Julius De Meyer ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Robbrecht Coosemans. Robbrecht Coosemans yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stephen Van Gijsel during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee gave KFC Branchon a penalty, 46 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cederic Naets, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Gundekose's Robbrecht Coosemans. 3-1.

Pino Owerckx didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 52nd minute, which inside left pole to 3-2. Julius De Meyer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 57 minutes of play, KFC Branchon's Julius De Meyer made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robbrecht Coosemans was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to KFC Branchon getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Kristen Goegebeur hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute, Kristen Goegebeur ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robbrecht Coosemans was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. In the 68th minute, Julius De Meyer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jeremy Coveliers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pino Owerckx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludo De Jaeger, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Julius De Meyer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robbrecht Coosemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julius De Meyer in the 82nd minute of the match. Dante Oelaerts kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Julius De Meyer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Julius De Meyer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When KFC Branchon's Abel De Haes in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Gundekose's goalie prevented a goal. Julius De Meyer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robbrecht Coosemans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel De Haes, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel De Haes in the 97th minute of play forced FC Gundekose's goalkeeper Robbrecht Coosemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KFC Branchon walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
