The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jonas Selleslags hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jos de Pelsmaker showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 6 played minutes Havay got a freekick which was hit by Yanis Lambert. Jos de Pelsmaker didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mateo Van Der Straeten went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Max Vissenaekens's late challenge caught a Nakama Pro Soccerclub's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Max Vissenaekens helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th minute, Max Vissenaekens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Mateo Van Der Straeten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute Mateo Van Der Straeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jos de Pelsmaker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Piet Verdeyen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jos de Pelsmaker. Havay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Piet Verdeyen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After having played for 31 minutes, Piet Verdeyen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nakama Pro Soccerclub's supporters crossed their fingers, but Piet Verdeyen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 33 minutes into the game, Mateo Van Der Straeten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Jos de Pelsmaker was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dave Sterckx charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dave Sterckx the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jos de Pelsmaker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piet Verdeyen, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Piet Verdeyen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jos de Pelsmaker read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Jos de Pelsmaker didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mateo Van Der Straeten went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. The Havay players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Nakama Pro Soccerclub were winning 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mateo Van Der Straeten was the one to do the kick off. Nakama Pro Soccerclub's Pascal Algoedt couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 58th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Havay. If Mateo Van Der Straeten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jammy De Raemaekers kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Dave Sterckx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rein Van Hoovelt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Havay! Pascal Algoedt placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Jos de Pelsmaker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateo Van Der Straeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dave Sterckx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonas Selleslags in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rein Van Hoovelt saved Nakama Pro Soccerclub from getting behind. Piet Verdeyen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Jos de Pelsmaker made a huge save. When Albertus Dams fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Havay's protests and gave Albertus Dams a yellow card for diving instead. Jos de Pelsmaker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateo Van Der Straeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 91 played minutes Havay got a freekick which was hit by Yanis Lambert. When the final whistle sounded Nakama Pro Soccerclub left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Havay.
