After having played for 5 minutes, Remy Borglevens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wanne's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remy Borglevens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9th minute, Remy Borglevens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wanne fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When Evert Van Den Eynde came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Wanne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evert Van Den Eynde couldn't finish the play. In the 16th minute, Kenneth De Meur got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Geoffrey Wortelers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Kenney Van Gestelt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 1-1 became the score in the 22nd minute when Kenneth De Meur elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 26th minute, dartteam 2.0's Geoffrey Wortelers dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. 30 minutes into the game, Lars Dirickx was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wanne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave dartteam 2.0 the free kick. Wanne's Matthew Reijckmans couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 35th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for dartteam 2.0. 39 minutes into the game, Wanne's Remy Borglevens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Remie De Maerschalck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Remie De Maerschalck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evert Van Den Eynde in the 45th minute of the match. Remy Borglevens might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Remie De Maerschalck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Remy Borglevens ran back to his position shaking his head. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Geoffrey Wortelers made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Wanne getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Werner Laermans hit a great ball. Remie De Maerschalck made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Evert Van Den Eynde sent off a good shot on target. Remie De Maerschalck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remy Borglevens in the 62nd minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, dartteam 2.0's goalkeeper Remie De Maerschalck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evert Van Den Eynde. 70 minutes into the match, dartteam 2.0's goal looked a bit too open when Remy Borglevens came free, but Remie De Maerschalck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geoffrey Wortelers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Wanne getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Mats Van der Loock hit a great ball. Evert Van Den Eynde struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Remie De Maerschalck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wanne. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Remy Borglevens in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Remie De Maerschalck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 83 minutes, Evert Van Den Eynde managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wanne's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evert Van Den Eynde was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Remie De Maerschalck was a little too slow when Remy Borglevens got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 3-3. Remy Borglevens was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 95th minute. Wanne's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Wanne players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
