When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Quillian Tubbackx made a kick off. Regis Reijers's late challenge caught a Lauwe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Regis Reijers helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to VC Erquennes getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Regis Reijers hit a great ball. In the 54th match minute, Lauwe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sam-Lucas Dierickx to maneuver through the defense.
