Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jean-Louis Valckeners fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger de Pelsmacker having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steffen De Spiegeleire in the 17th minute of play forced Club Zeldonkhoek's goalkeeper Roger de Pelsmacker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Club Zeldonkhoek's goal looked a bit too open when Steffen De Spiegeleire came free, but Roger de Pelsmacker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jasper Beckers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freek Iven in the 22nd minute of the match. With a left leg Roger de Pelsmacker saved Club Zeldonkhoek from getting behind. 92 minutes into the match, Jean-Louis Valckeners had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roger de Pelsmacker. Club Zeldonkhoek's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jean-Louis Valckeners was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Jean-Louis Valckeners managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wolvendaal's supporters rose to their feet, but Jean-Louis Valckeners was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roger de Pelsmacker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wolvendaal walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
