Gunther Dobbelaere might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anthonio Van Houdtvin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gunther Dobbelaere ran back to his position shaking his head. Fre Van Caels took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 70th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anthonio Van Houdtvin. Bilzen Youth Academy's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Van Beneden in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anthonio Van Houdtvin saved Bilzen Youth Academy from getting behind. After a rather tough play, RSC Verrewinkel's Edward Roelandts got a free kick in the 95th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bilzen Youth Academy players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for RSC Verrewinkel.
