Club MichÆl's Quentin Klopterop proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Club MichÆl from getting a goal against them. Frits Wirinckx scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernand de Reyck, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to KSV Vaucelles getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Sylvan Boumans hit a great ball. In the 14th minute Mathieu-Maxim Denturck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quentin Klopterop saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute of the match, Mathieu-Maxim Denturck tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Quentin Klopterop saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 18 minutes into the match, Club MichÆl's Frits Wirinckx sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fernand de Reyck narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dimitri Borginions received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Quentin Klopterop tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Quentin Klopterop was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Glenn Capellemans. The supporters of KSV Vaucelles booed when Club MichÆl was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robby Sempels didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dimitri Borginions scored 1-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Quentin Klopterop, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute, Alex Beaufort hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Club MichÆl's Roderik Mathijs got a free kick in the 39th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mathieu-Maxim Denturck in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Quentin Klopterop saved Club MichÆl from getting behind. A collision led to KSV Vaucelles getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Glenn Capellemans hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Adolf De Swert made the kick off in the second half. Mathieu-Maxim Denturck took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Quentin Klopterop. Quentin Klopterop dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 60th minute Dimitri Borginions shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quentin Klopterop saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quentin Klopterop took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathieu-Maxim Denturck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute, Adolf De Swert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The KSV Vaucelles fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when KSV Vaucelles's Dimitri Borginions looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The supporters of KSV Vaucelles booed when Club MichÆl was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Loid Smolders didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 80 minutes, Dimitri Borginions managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KSV Vaucelles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dimitri Borginions was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mathieu-Maxim Denturck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fernand de Reyck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolf De Swert in the 92nd minute of the match.
