Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jaspar Engels got the match started through his kick off. Remco Wolfs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Glenn Van Meensel in the 3rd minute of play. If Glenn Van Meensel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Remco Wolfs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rein Denys, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. A collision led to Schrikhoek getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Robert Soens hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brent-Jan Leenknecht during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Schrikhoek booed when Leicester Town was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brent-Jan Leenknecht didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 18 played minutes Jaspar Engels rounded Schrikhoek's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Remco Wolfs came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Schrikhoek's Glenn Van Meensel. But to his dismay, Glenn Van Meensel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Glenn Van Meensel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remco Wolfs having to interfere. Glenn Van Meensel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute, Schrikhoek's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jammy Van Huruck fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.

In the 53rd minute of the match Schrikhoek got a corner. Leicester Town's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mattheo Vercouteren ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 55th match minute, Schrikhoek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattheo Vercouteren to maneuver through the defense. Wouter Verbruggen was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 56th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Sam Van Deinze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jammy Van Huruck in the 66th minute of the match. When Wouter Verbruggen fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leicester Town's protests and gave Wouter Verbruggen a yellow card for diving instead. After 69 played minutes Leicester Town got a freekick which was hit by Wouter Verbruggen. 2-2 became the score in the 81st minute when Jammy Van Huruck elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 85 minutes into the game, Leicester Town's Oscar Van Heerle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sam Van Deinze made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. 88 minutes into the match, Schrikhoek's goal looked a bit too open when Jaspar Engels came free, but Sam Van Deinze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Leicester Town's Jammy Van Huruck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sam Van Deinze narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Glenn Van Meensel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Remco Wolfs made a huge save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Leicester Town fans cheered their team off the field, for while Schrikhoek had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
