Spectators: 7532 (Terracing: 5650, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 3rd minute Sebastian De Keijser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Vissenaekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the game, Dany-Adams Vanneste was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KV Valkenberg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fc Jadi the free kick. The supporters of Fc Jadi booed when KV Valkenberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dany-Adams Vanneste didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute, Gert Uijtterhoven sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and KV Valkenberg's Werner Jooris didn't even have to move. KV Valkenberg's Thibau Gijselinx got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Frederik Leclerq had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thibau Gijselinx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastian De Keijser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thibau Gijselinx blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jan Vissenaekers having to make a save. The attack was good, but when Sebastian De Keijser in the 36th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 39 minutes into the game, Thibau Gijselinx cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Jan Vissenaekers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When Thibau Gijselinx came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the KV Valkenberg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thibau Gijselinx couldn't finish the play. Rudy De Vos hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Sebastian De Keijser recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sebastian De Keijser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan Vissenaekers having to interfere. Sebastian De Keijser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jan Vissenaekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian De Keijser, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After a rather tough play, KV Valkenberg's Daevy Uijterhove got a free kick in the 63rd minute. If Diego Van Hecke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thibau Gijselinx could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Jan Vissenaekers made a huge save. After having played for 71 minutes, Hector Gebuers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Jadi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hector Gebuers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Hector Gebuers fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc Jadi's protests and gave Hector Gebuers a yellow card for diving instead. After 79 played minutes Fc Jadi got a freekick which was hit by Hector Gebuers. Thibau Gijselinx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Jadi's zone, Sebastian De Keijser stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan Vissenaekers came out of the goal and Sebastian De Keijser tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jan Vissenaekers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian De Keijser's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Fc Jadi's goalkeeper Jan Vissenaekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thibau Gijselinx. In the 95th minute there was a penalty for KV Valkenberg. Adolf De Spiegeleire stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jan Vissenaekers. 2-2.
