Nicolas Hensmans stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ryan Van Linthoudt's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute, Ryan Van Linthoudt fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Dante Gijselinkx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the game, Nazareth-Eke's Willem Berckmans nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christofere De Kelper made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Nicolas Hensmans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ryan Van Linthoudt in the 95th minute of the match.
