Spectators: 7534 (Terracing: 5652, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) Rolf Neesens started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Joerie Tkint's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henrik Leclerq read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. In the 9th minute Viktor Loots shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jullian Goddez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henrik Leclerq made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Joerie Tkint sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Rolf Neesens managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bellem's supporters rose to their feet, but Rolf Neesens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henrik Leclerq breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 25 minutes into the match, Bellem's goal looked a bit too open when Viktor Loots came free, but Jullian Goddez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joerie Tkint struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Henrik Leclerq didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bellem. Pierre-Olivier Verschelde hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Bellem's Laurend De Maesschalck tried to score from far away in the 33rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Rolf Neesens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henrik Leclerq made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joerie Tkint in the 38th minute. Joerie Tkint was extremely unlucky when he, in the 39th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Joerie Tkint sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Henrik Leclerq showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolf Neesens, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Bellem's Rolf Neesens sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Henrik Leclerq narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Enzo Straetmans charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Enzo Straetmans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 47th minute, Enzo Straetmans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viktor Loots to make the kick off. Jullian Goddez made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Viktor Loots sent off a good shot on target. Henrik Leclerq showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolf Neesens in the 59th minute of the match. Viktor Loots might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jullian Goddez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Viktor Loots ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 68th minute, Rolf Neesens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bellem fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 70 minutes into the game, Rolf Neesens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bellem's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Borgloon KFC the free kick. In the 71st minute, Rolf Neesens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 73 minutes, Viktor Loots managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Borgloon KFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viktor Loots was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Viktor Loots recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jullian Goddez made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Bob De Spiegeleire sent off a good shot on target. If Joerie Tkint had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joerie Tkint scored 2-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henrik Leclerq, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jullian Goddez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viktor Loots, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Henrik Leclerq took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joerie Tkint, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Viktor Loots had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bellem's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
