Dre Snijers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Terhorst having to interfere. Thijs Huijghens hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Oswald Walters in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Hugo Terhorst, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Oswald Walters could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Hugo Terhorst made a huge save. AFC Localit's Axel Ruttens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon La Rose in the 35th minute of play. Jim Valkenaers kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Thijs Huijghens blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hugo Terhorst having to make a save. AFC Localit's Dre Snijers got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lieven Demets's late challenge caught a Anderlecht's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lieven Demets helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Anderlecht booed when AFC Localit was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lieven Demets didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Rolf Vinx in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oswald Walters in the 60th minute of play forced Anderlecht's goalkeeper Hugo Terhorst to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Oswald Walters's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hugo Terhorst was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. AFC Localit's Jacques Boemans got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Axel Ruttens made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Rolf Vinx sent off a good shot on target. 69 minutes into the match, Dre Snijers notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Anderlecht's Hugo Terhorst. Hugo Terhorst was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rolf Vinx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Ruttens having to interfere. Axel Ruttens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
