After a rather tough play, Fc Robbe's Robert Kempenaerts got a free kick in the 16th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Silvain van Elderen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fc Robbe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Maissin the free kick. 21 minutes into the match, FC Maissin's goal looked a bit too open when Yelle Denturck came free, but Joseph Swiggers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 22 minutes, Lorenz De nuijter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Maissin and the Fc Robbe players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Fc Robbe players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Maissin were winning 0-1.
