Bram De Vos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pascal Van De Wiele having to interfere. Huppelende Begijntjes FC's Sven Koninckx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Reynaerts in the 38th minute of play. Dre Van Leemputte succeeded in the game's 42nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. A collision led to Club Zwalm getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. The wind increased when Dre Van Leemputte made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Ludwig Clement shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascal Van De Wiele saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lennart Paschiers got free with Sven Koninckx in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 89th minute, Thierry De Kijser got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Lennart Paschiers was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 91 minutes had been played. If Jos Van der Goten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bram De Vos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Pascal Van De Wiele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
