In the 13th minute, Wilfried Marchal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arthur Ruttens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xander De Weerdt having to interfere. Xander De Weerdt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arthur Ruttens's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind KFC L's goalkeeper Cedrik Van Hinnendael, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Charles Dhondt kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Henk Schipmans struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Xander De Weerdt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KFC L. RSC Wolkrange's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
