Spectators: 7400 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 50) In the 3rd match minute, Neerpede was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philippe-Arnaud Weynants to maneuver through the defense. In the 4th minute of the match Walter Vereyt shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marco Teunis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Neerpede's Marco Teunis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinard Weynants in the 6th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Timmy De Groot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amel's supporters rose to their feet, but Timmy De Groot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Teunis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Neerpede's Tommy Vandeput got a free kick in the 8th minute. The attack was good, but when Reinard Weynants in the 10th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 12th minute, Reinard Weynants got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Neerpede's goalkeeper Marco Teunis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 20 minutes into the match, Timmy De Groot notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Neerpede's Marco Teunis. Marco Teunis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marco Teunis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reinard Weynants, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 25th play minutes Tibo Van Boeckost shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Gilles Ingelborgh and just under the crossbar into goal. Gilles Ingelborgh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geordy Sutens in the 28th minute of play. If Tibo Van Boeckost had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Reinard Weynants received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Marco Teunis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neerpede's Marco Teunis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timmy De Groot in the 44th minute of play. In the 46th minute Reinard Weynants shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Teunis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Jeoffrey Vandommele hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Amel's Walter Vereyt tried to score from far away in the 53rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Marco Teunis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timmy De Groot in the 59th minute of the match. Tibo Van Boeckost sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Neerpede's Sam-Lucas Van Caubergen got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 67th minute, Tibo Van Boeckost made a precise shot to the right of Gilles Ingelborgh. Amel's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Neerpede's Marco Teunis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Neerpede from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Reinard Weynants managed to get in a good position for a shot. Charles-Antoine Vrolijcx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Teunis having to interfere. Timmy De Groot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Reinard Weynants received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Marco Teunis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Teunis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timmy De Groot, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. When Timmy De Groot came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Amel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Timmy De Groot couldn't finish the play. Marco Teunis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timmy De Groot in the 95th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, Neerpede could leave the field as winners, despite Amel having more of the ball for most of the match.
