Antonio Wuets fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorenzo Lanphant having to interfere. In the 28th minute of the match, Reinard Pluijssens got a very nice opportunity to score, but Thomas-Jan Delen was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Matias De Worteler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Lorenzo Lanphant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 1-1 became the score in the 32nd minute when Antonio Wuets elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Antonio Wuets recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute Antonio Wuets shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lorenzo Lanphant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lorenzo Lanphant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matias De Worteler's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Thomas-Jan Delen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorg Reijnders, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antonio Wuets stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luka United's Thomas-Jan Delen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinard Pluijssens in the 57th minute of play. Luka United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Frasnes-lez-Anvaing the free kick.
