Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) In the 8th minute Jacq Van Gorp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsene Driesen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Eric de la Croix successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 17 minutes into the match, Bainkes's goal looked a bit too open when Jacq Van Gorp came free, but Arsene Driesen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Bainkes booed when Sautour was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Voets didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eric de la Croix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christoff Servrancx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacq Van Gorp kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jacq Van Gorp was the one to do the kick off. Bainkes's Arsene Driesen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Bainkes from getting a goal against them. Arsene Driesen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jorre de Pelsmaker went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Bainkes were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after Sautour's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rudy Van Hoght took the corner. After taking down the ball on Bainkes's corner Rudy Van Hoght fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eric de la Croix quite easily take care of the ball. In the 62nd match minute, Sautour was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gunther Masculier to maneuver through the defense. Christoff Servrancx's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eric de la Croix read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Sautour's zone, Chris-George Anthonis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eric de la Croix came out of the goal and Chris-George Anthonis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eric de la Croix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris-George Anthonis, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. If Jorre de Pelsmaker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Sautour's Martial Wellens got a free kick in the 75th minute. Eric de la Croix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christoff Servrancx in the 76th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Chris-George Anthonis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Bainkes's goal looked a bit too open when Jacq Van Gorp came free, but Arsene Driesen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sautour had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
