In the 87th minute, Sam Wegers made a precise shot to the right of Jarno De Backer. KFC Hoeilaart's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in KFC Hoeilaart's zone, Sam Wegers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jarno De Backer came out of the goal and Sam Wegers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 96 minutes, Dries Swartenbroekx managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GANG GANG's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dries Swartenbroekx was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, GANG GANG could leave the field as winners, despite KFC Hoeilaart having more of the ball for most of the match.
