Spectators: 7503 (Terracing: 5628, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 149) KSV Surdac's Adolphe Reijnders started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Guilian Van Aghten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Willem-Alexander Heijligen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Loui De Middeleer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guilian Van Aghten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joery Ingelborgh in the 11th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the game, Felix Schoutens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KSV Surdac's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Gozee the free kick. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. Loui De Middeleer was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 27th minute. Club Gozee's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Joery Ingelborgh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Loui De Middeleer was extremely unlucky when he, in the 30th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The supporters of Club Gozee booed when KSV Surdac was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Max Fabry didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Joery Ingelborgh managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Gozee's supporters rose to their feet, but Joery Ingelborgh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guilian Van Aghten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guilian Van Aghten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joery Ingelborgh in the 38th minute of the match. After 53 minutes, Joery Ingelborgh made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. KSV Surdac's Guilian Van Aghten tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Loui De Middeleer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Casper Impens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joery Ingelborgh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. In the 79th minute Joery Ingelborgh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guilian Van Aghten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Loui De Middeleer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Guilian Van Aghten dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Loui De Middeleer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Gozee's supporters rose to their feet, but Loui De Middeleer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When the referee ended the match the Club Gozee players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
