Spectators: 7564 (Terracing: 5674, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 151) Serge Lannoye started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serge Lannoye in the 4th minute of play forced Wauveringen's goalkeeper Jacq Slegers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 9 minutes of play, Wauveringen's Gaetan Acke made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mathias-Alexander Bellinkx was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mathias-Alexander Degraef fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathias-Alexander Bellinkx having to interfere. Jacq Slegers was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Birger Airpoel. Jacq Slegers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serge Lannoye, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Hendrik-Jan Vermeiren hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 27thth minute of the game Gaetan Acke who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BVC ROMY pils's Mathias-Alexander Bellinkx was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Serge Lannoye received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Jacq Slegers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serge Lannoye in the 36th minute of play forced Wauveringen's goalkeeper Jacq Slegers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 46th minute by Serge Lannoye got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 46th play minute Siebe Nys came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jacq Slegers. 1-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gaetan Acke made a kick off. Mathias-Alexander Bellinkx came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Wauveringen's Gaetan Acke. But to his dismay, Gaetan Acke quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 58 minutes into the game, Anton deconinck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BVC ROMY pils's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wauveringen the free kick. Anton deconinck kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Mathias-Alexander Bellinkx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaetan Acke, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Adam Van Herck charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adam Van Herck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adam Van Herck hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Mathias-Alexander Degraef fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mathias-Alexander Bellinkx having to interfere. When Siebe Nys came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the BVC ROMY pils fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Siebe Nys couldn't finish the play. When Hendrik-Jan Vermeiren fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wauveringen's protests and gave Hendrik-Jan Vermeiren a yellow card for diving instead. Jacq Slegers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siebe Nys, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Gaetan Acke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Serge Lannoye might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacq Slegers. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Serge Lannoye ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siebe Nys in the 89th minute of play forced Wauveringen's goalkeeper Jacq Slegers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 93 minutes, Gaetan Acke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wauveringen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaetan Acke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Wauveringen players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
